I constantly screwed up my dates. It's as if I seemed to lack the basic understanding of women. I didn't know where to go on dates, what to talk about or even what to say when I called a girl up on the phone.

So every time a date ended it was the same old routine. I would think the date went well, I would call the girl up and most of the time she just wouldn't pick up the phone. If she would pick it up she would usually blow me off with some excuse that "she has a really busy week and she will call me when she gets the time". Of course she never did. On my 25th Birthday I decided to "get it"
I started to test out things, I went on every date I could find. Blind dates, internet dates, dates that my friends would set me up with, dates with girls I would talk to at bar or clubs - I went on over 150 first dates in 3 years!
I wanted to find a formula for success, because there is no reason why an above the average guy like me couldn't attract high quality women.
I tested out all kinds of stuff - places to go, conversational topics, when to kiss my date, what to say to her on the phone, and after every time I would jot down what I learned from this. After 3 whole years and over a 150 women which I dated, I can honestly say: I found the perfect first date formula
